Iran’s oil minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh says cooperation between producers and consumers, among other things, helps stabilize the energy market. He made the comments on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum in the Russian capital. Moscow hosted the meeting on Wednesday as part of a broader international forum that lasts for a week.
