Japan calling for military strike capability

Recent developments in Southeast Asia particularly the tensions on the Korean Peninsula has once again prompted calls in Japan to change the concept of defense in the constitution which bars the country from using military force for anything other than defense. But to make the changes, Japan has to overcome some challenges.
