Yemeni says UN Security Council complicit in Saudi war crimes

Yemeni Foreign Minister, Hisham Sharaf, has called on the UN to live up to its international responsibility and help end two years of the Saudi-imposed war on Yemen. He told Press TV that UN Security Council members who voted in favor of putting Yemen under Chapter Seven are complicit in the Saudi war crimes.
