Russia, China, Pakistan discuss security situation in Afghanistan

The Russian capital, Moscow, has hosted talks on the security situation in Afghanistan. Representatives from Russia, China, and Pakistan have attended the talks, discussing efforts to help foster peace in Afghanistan. Kabul, however, has criticized the three countries for excluding it from the discussions.
