Russia accused of trying to weaken EU

The European Union leaders have held a summit in Brussels to discuss issues the 28-country bloc is currently facing. In an apparent bid to deflect attention away from the union’s own failings, the European Council President Donald Tusk has accused Russia of attempting to weaken the EU. Jerome Hughes reports from the Belgian capital.
