After months of negotiations following a six-year diplomatic freeze, Turkey and Israel finally announce they have normalized their relations.

After months of negotiations following a six-year diplomatic freeze, Turkey and Israel finally announce they have normalized their relations. The reconciliation is said to pave the way for Tel Aviv to capitalize on its natural gas reserves, and for Ankara to send commodities to Palestinians living under a blockade in Gaza.
