It cost Tehran’s municipality and Iranian experts plenty of time and millions of dollars to make a building that's turned into one of the most iconic symbols of the capital.
Visitors will now be able to see what lies underneath the strange looking steel dome that reflects the skies above on Abbas Abad hills. Amir Mehdi Kazemi has a report.
