Controversy over Erdogan's plan to change constitution

Drafting a new constitution in Turkey has been on the agenda for years. Since Recep Tayyip Erdogan became president in 2014, the plan has been moving forward with a faster pace. Now, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says a new draft constitution will be submitted to the parliament within a couple of months. However, critics say the measure is aimed at expanding executive powers of Erdogan.
