Iraq preparing to rebuild Mosul after military operation

The Iraqi army is gearing up to launch an operation to liberate Mosul, the capital of Nineveh province. Now, Nineveh’s governor has proposed a plan to rebuild and reconstruct the city once it is wrestled from the grips of Daesh Takfiri terrorists. Press TV’s Ali Musawi has more in this report.
