Kashmir observes shutdown to mark flood anniversary

Indian controlled Kashmir has once again observed a complete shutdown over the government’s failure to rebuild the region which was hit by devastating floods a year ago. As Syed Ali Safvi reports, the government, which is under blistering criticism for lack of disaster preparedness, has done very little to help people affected by floods.
