Iran's Leader warns US

The leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution warns the US that it will face a regional conflict this time around, if it starts a war against the Islamic republic. Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says Iran will not be the one who initiates a war and does not want to attack any country. The leader has warned, however, that the Iranian nation will deal a strong blow to anyone who attacks the country. Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a public meeting with a group of people in Tehran. The leader said the US talk of a military option against Iran and deployment of military aircraft and ships is nothing new. He stressed that the Iranian nation must not be concerned by such allegations as these will not affect them.

Iran's response to EU move

Iran’s parliament speaker has blasted the EU for blocklisting the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, saying the European Union bears full responsibility for its consequences. Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf has said Iran reciprocally regards the armies of European countries as terrorist groups, based on a recent law passed by the parliament. The speaker said the European move was a kowtow to the US and Israel and ordered by them. Qalibaf added that this will speed up the process of the EU losing its relevance in the future world system.

Israel's Gaza genocide

Israeli forces continue to escalate attacks on civilians across the besieged gaza strip despite a ceasefire agreement that was meant to put an end to the regime’s genocidal war. One Palestinian was killed and several wounded in Israeli air strikes near the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza. A day earlier in one of the bloodiest days since the ceasefire, at least 31 Palestinians including six children were killed in multiple Israeli air raids on northern and southern Gaza. Israeli forces have now killed at least 510 Palestinians and wounded more than 1-thousand-400 others since the truce was announced on October 2025. The regime’s genocidal war on Gaza has killed around 71,770 people and wounded 171,480 others since it began in October 2023.
