Colombia holds first round of presidential election amid allegations of fraud, foreign interference

Colombia's pro-Donald Trump candidate, Abelardo de la Espriella has won the first round of the country's presidential election to face left-leaning senator Iván Cepeda in the upcoming runoff later this month.

The incumbent President Gustavo Petro has slammed other countries’ interference in the election and refused to recognize the results. Our correspondent Bernat Lautaro reports from Bogotá.
