April 24: Iran reaffirms unity and military readiness while pursuing regional diplomacy

Iran’s leadership underscores national unity and military readiness, with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, praising the cohesion of the Iranian nation as a decisive factor in weakening adversarial pressure.

Senior military commanders from the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps' (IRGC) Aerospace and Navy forces warned that Iran’s deterrent posture remains fully active, while Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf condemned renewed threats against the country’s leadership and vowed steadfast defence “trench by trench” in the face of escalation.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi set out on a regional diplomatic tour covering Pakistan, Oman, and Russia aimed at sustaining efforts to end the US-Israeli war of aggression through political channels.

Upon arriving in Islamabad, foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei confirmed that no talks with the US side are planned in the Pakistani capital.

  • Leader of the Islamic Revolution lauded the impact of the Iranian nation’s extraordinary unity, saying it has inflicted a significant fracture on the enemy.
