Hundreds of thousands of Yemenis staged a massive rally in the capital, Sana'a, on the last Friday of the blessed month of Ramadan to commemorate International Quds Day.
In al-Sabeen Square of Sana'a, the roaring crowds vowed to defend the Palestinian cause and protect the sanctities of the Islamic ummah, foremost among them Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The massive crowds of demonstrators, who marched under rainfall, held anti-US and anti-Israeli banners and raised the flags of Yemen, Palestine, and Iran.
They vowed to continue their struggle until the full liberation of all occupied lands from the Zionist regime and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital.
They emphasized the choice of resistance to confront the United States, Israel, global Zionism, and their remnants among Western regimes and regional agents.

The participants said the Yemeni people were on high alert for any eventuality, with "their fingers on the trigger" to confront the forces of global tyranny and arrogance.
They chanted slogans such as "Al-Quds is our primary cause" and "Yemen of wisdom stands with Iran... and the glory of Iraq and Lebanon."
At the rally, Mohammed Miftah, the acting prime minister, paid tribute to a female martyr who was killed by US-Israeli bombardment during a Quds Day rally in Iran.
International Quds Day, which is marked worldwide, was designated by Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic, following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.
In a statement, Yemeni participants renewed full support for the Iranian leadership, people, and Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), praising their "painful strikes" against the US and Israeli war of aggression, which has now engulfed the entire West Asia region.
The statement also lauded the Hezbollah resistance movement in Lebanon for defeating Israel and the heroes in Iraq for their legitimate defense against American occupiers.
This year's al-Quds Day fell two weeks after the US and Israel attacked Iran on February 28 in an unprovoked act of aggression, targeting sites across the country, including schools, hospitals, and sports halls. Iran responded by launching missiles and drones at targets inside Israel as well as at American bases across the region.
About 1400 people, including women and children, have been martyred since the US, along with the Israeli regime, started bombing Iranian cities.
Senior Iranian officials have asserted that any deliberate assault by the United States and the Israeli regime on Iran’s civilian and cultural heritage sites constitutes a "flagrant breach of international humanitarian law and an undisputed war crime."
