A day after reopening the Rafah crossing, the Israeli regime suddenly halted the evacuation of injured people early on Wednesday, leaving dozens of patients stranded.
The tense standoff occurred over 45 patients, whose exit was blocked following overnight military strikes, but was described as "procedural delays." While the gates are reportedly moving again, the brief shutdown of Rafah risks thousands of lives.
