The latest bomb explosions in the capital cities of India and Pakistan have raised concerns among residents in the border areas. Those on the Indian side have already been preparing to move to safer places. That’s why they are still coping with the impacts of a conflict between the two countries earlier this year. That conflict broke out following an attack in Pahalgam, which India blamed on Pakistan.
