In the heart of Damascus, the Rukn Al-Din neighborhood witnessed a demonstration in support for the people of Gaza.
Protesters rallied not only against the ongoing Israeli onslaught, but also in anger over the visit of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. They reaffirmed their rejection of any settlement that would compromise the Palestinian cause and their right of liberating all Palestine.
