South Koreans push back on nuclear energy boost

Conservative lawmakers from the party of ousted South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol have deliberated special nuclear energy legislation.

Their move however has been met with opposition. Progressive lawmakers and anti-nuclear activists say the country must move to greener energy. They briefed the media at the National Assembly communications center to explain their reasons.
