Israeli divisions over Gaza

As divisions have emerged among Israeli officials over Gaza policy, Hamas regroups in the northern Gaza Strip. A former Mossad deputy chief and Knesset member has said that Israel's genocidal war on Gaza is futile. The Israeli prime minister is under pressure after rejection of Palestinian leadership in post-war Gaza, since the Hamas resistance movement has rejected any Israeli effort to decide the fate of Gaza, saying only Palestinians can determine their future in Gaza.

In this edition of Spotlight, Press TV talks with Noah Salameh, co-founder of the Center for Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Bethlehem, and Kim Sharif, an activist and lawyer from London, to look deeper into divisions among Israeli officials in connection with Gaza policy.
