For the first time in his tenure, the current UN secretary-general has invoked a rarely use power to warn the bodys Security Council that the Israeli bombardment of Gaza is a threat to the world.
Palestinians living under the threat of Israeli genocide may not care about the invocation of Article 99, what they do know is that they are literally fighting for their very existence.
A majority of the global bodies point to the fact that the Israeli leadership are barefaced liars. There are no safe spaces in Gaza, despite the pronouncements of Tel Aviv. When they bombarded the North, Israel told over 1 million people to go to the South.
Now the North is uninhabitable, Israel is bombing the South. With the regime exposed as genocidal maniacs, the international community continues to dance around the fact that Israel is committing, not merely mass murder, but genocide as the world watches on.
