Iran's released funds
Irans President Ebrahim Raeisi has reiterated that the Islamic Republic has the authority over how to spend its unfrozen funds.
Raeisi says the money belongs to the Iranian people and government so that the country will decide what to do with that.
He made the comments in an exclusive interview with NBC News. The remarks come as the United States signed off on a waiver to allow the transfer of the funds from South Korea to Qatar.
