G7 summit in Hiroshima
A joint statement has been issued by the G7 leaders, aimed at augmenting pressure on China. They took aim at Beijing on issues like South China Sea, human rights and alleged interference in the democracies. China, however, says, it is in fact the G7 hindering world peace.
