A big rally was held in the blockaded Gaza Strip, following the Friday prayers, to support Palestinians in the al-Quds and the occupied West Bank, in the face of rising Israeli settlers’ aggression against Palestinians.

People from all walks of life came out to express their commitment to resistance, as the best way to defend al-Quds and the occupied West Bank against Israeli attacks.

Tensions have skyrocketed in recent days, as extremist Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli regime forces went on a rampage in the occupied West Bank villages, torching dozens of houses and cars.

Palestinian resistance movement Hamas says the upcoming Holy Month of Ramadan will witness an increase in resistance against the Israeli regime.

Israeli forces’ and settlers' attacks since the start of 2023 have claimed the lives of some seventy Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds.

Protesters shouted slogans against the Israeli regime and called on all Muslims to support Palestinians and help defend al-Quds.

The latest figures show that the Israeli settlers’ population in the occupied West Bank has grown to more than half a million as of January 2023. This is while some two hundred thousand settlers reside in al-Quds.

Speaking to Press TV, the Hamas movement stressed that Palestinians will remain united in the face of all Israeli aggressions.

Observers say the international community has failed to help the Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds and turned a blind eye to Israeli violations against them.

Palestinians here are calling for intensifying armed resistance against the Israeli regime in order to foil all plots against al-Quds and the occupied West Bank.
