Putin has urged Russian defense industry to increase its production amid war in Ukraine. He says Russian army should quickly get all weapons, equipment it needs to fight in Ukraine.
This comes as U.S. House approved $45 billion aid package for Ukraine after Zelenskys visit. Why would this request come at this time?
