Iran has been a target of Western sanctions for some time, especially the US. And now, with the most recent protests which consist of foreign-backed riots, more sanctions are coming.
Sanctions are raining down on Iran again. From Canada's sanctions on Iran's Press TV, to IRGC members, to the US and UK sanctioning of Irans police.
We ask: does the US, UK or Western countries have the ground to stand on when it comes to human rights, or their right to impose sanctions when they are guilty of human rights violations in their own country?
