Moroccans protest

The Israeli regime’s ambassador to Morocco was recently entangled in sexual harassment and corruption at the regime’s mission in Rabat.

The scandal comes nearly two years after the North African country normalized its ties with Tel Aviv. This gross misconduct angered the people of Morocco who held demonstrations and eventually the Tel Aviv regime was forced to sack the errant envoy. Even before the latest scandal, Moroccans have been holding regular protests against the normalization of ties with the Israeli regime.

In the first part of our program we are focusing on the sexual abuse of Moroccan women by the Israeli regime’s envoy in the country. Following this latest scandal the people in Morocco held rallies rejecting ties between their country and the Israeli regime. The second part of our program will be on the recent general elections in Kenya that have been touted as a success story in a continent that has seen a wave of military takeovers and political turmoil.
