Iran's President Raeisi is in Uzbekistan to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organizations summit.
Iran has applied for full membership of the organization and signed SCO Memorandum of Obligations and arrangements on Wednesday.
Iran's accession to SCO is expected to be finalized by April 2023.
