Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recently visited Africa and said Moscow is currently developing a new foreign policy to counter fresh Western sanctions.
Speaking in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia recently on the last leg of his landmark visit to Africa last July,
Lavrov noted that many countries are ending reliance on the United States dollar.
This week's edition is focusing on the recent visit to Africa by Russias foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in what was seen as a diplomatic charm offensive amid tensions with Western countries over Moscows military operations in Ukraine.
