Palestinians have rallied in the Gaza Strip to slam US president Joe Biden’s visit to the occupied Palestinian territory. Biden has been expressing his full support for the Israeli regime since taking office. Press TV’s correspondent Ashraf Shannon has offered more details in the following report.

Scores of people in the blockaded enclave protested against Biden’s visit while shouting slogans in support of resistance actions against the occupying regime.

US President Joe Biden arrived in Tel-Aviv on Wednesday to kick off his first trip to the region since taking office.

Palestinian resistance movement Hamas accused Biden of putting the interests of the Israeli regime ahead of the legitimate rights of Palestinians and regional security.

During his trip to the occupied territories, Biden visited US-funded missile interception systems including the so-called Iron Dome and Iron Beam.

The Islamic Jihad movement said the US administration only aims to prolong the Israeli occupation and support its aggression against the Palestinian people.

Palestinians have warned against the dangers of Biden’s agenda and the attempts to integrate the Israeli regime into the region and expand the circle of normalization with it.

Analysts say that all US administrations have adopted the same biased policy in favor of the Israeli regime.

Palestinians are calling on the free people of the world to reject the arrogance and policies of the United States that target the region's security and stability.

Observers say that Biden’s visit will only give the Israeli regime the green light to continue violating the Palestinian people's rights.
