Several people killed in deadly Beirut clashes
The bloodshed started after gunmen opened on protesters in Beirut. The demonstrators were holding a rally against a judge investigating last year’s explosion in Beirut. They said the judge overseeing the explosion case was being swayed by the US. The shooting has been blamed on armed groups affiliated with the Lebanese Forces party.
