Iran-Venezuela oil swap deal angers the US

Iran and Venezuela have struck a deal on fuel, called a fuel swap deal.

This has angered the US, who said that it may take further action on both countries.

Yet in defiance of the US and challenging US dominance, the deal has gone through. In one sense, it shows the failure of US sanctions.
