The Champlain condo collapse captured the attention of all Americans. The coverage was immense. Afterall, there is a possibility that over 100 people may have died.
But what is worse is that the warnings were there. Why wasnt there action taken then hat could have saved lives? Whats worse is that this points to a bigger problem that the US has; a major infrastructure crisis. Does this point to a bigger, like US infrastructure?
