Guantanamo rights abuses

A group of United Nations rights experts have welcomed US President Joe Biden's goal to close the Guantanamo Bay prison, urging Washington to ensure crimes committed there are punished. However, Joe Biden’s previous boss made that comment also, but was unsuccessful.
