With the deadly Saudi-led campaign going on, acute fuel shortage is threatening the vital sectors of Yemen’s infrastructure.

The ministries of health, water, electricity, and communication are struggling.

The petroleum company suffers.

During a press conference in Sana’a on Sunday, officials with the energy sector warned that the country was on the verge of catastrophe as only 11 out of 2,000 gas stations were working.

Five thousand health facilities, including 15 dialysis centers, risk stoppage of providing health services due to the shortage.

Twelve oil tankers are still detained by the Saudi-led coalition.

Millions in Yemen spend days in long lines to get petrol.

Officials attending the press conference called for action by the international community to pressure the coalition to release the detained tankers.
