Pandemic turns Paraguayan border town with Argentina into ghost town

Government measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 have left the Paraguayan town of Nanawa, on the border with Argentina, a ghost town, as traders, who depend heavily on Argentine visitors, struggle to get by with strict border controls in place.
