Child brides of India
Maybe you do not know that there are more underage brides in India than any other country in the world. According to UNCIEF, 12 million girls are forcibly married every year, and over 40 percent of these girls are from India.
Shockingly, more than a quarter of Indian girls are married by the age of 18.
