Russian energy minister slams “unjustified” US sanctions

Russia’s energy minister says US trade wars and unjustified sanctions are making it difficult to forecast global energy markets. The comments come after a ministerial meeting between 24 oil producing countries in Vienna. Homa Lezgee reports.
