Rome's plan to launch state bonds to support private companies angers Brussels

The latest financial initiative by the Eurosceptic government of Italy has been heavily criticised by the European Central Bank. Rome's idea to issue small denomination state bonds to pay debts of private firms is seen with suspicion by Brussels as it considers them a parallel currency to the euro. Max Civili reports.
