Egypt votes on extending Sisi’s rule until 2030

Voting has begun in Egypt, in a referendum that could extend President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's rule until 2030. Sisi came to power after a 2013 military coup, against Egypt’s first freely–elected President Mohamed Morsi.
