Brexit delayed for second time at EU summit

At a summit in Brussels EU leaders agree to delay Brexit for a second time. British Prime Minister Theresa May now has until the end of October to try and convince members of parliament in London to back her Brexit withdrawal agreement. However, May says she wants to achieve that much sooner. Jerome Hughes reports.
