Venezuelan congress speaker tries to replace President Maduro

The United States says it does not recognize Nicolas Maduro as the legitimate leader of the country, and has called for the formation of a new government. But Maduro's camp defends his re-election for a second six-year term and accuses Washington of orchestrating a coup. Jesus Silva reports from Caracas.
