People in Indian-ruled Kashmir are facing a bitterly cold winter as the region often gets cold and dark due to frequent power outages. Despite adequate natural water resources and Hydro Electric Power Plants, the people of Kashmir have to deal with sub-zero temperatures. Our correspondent Shahana Butt reports.*
