US grants India waiver to develop Iran's Chabahar port

After granting a waiver to India to continue oil imports from Iran, the United States has also granted a waiver from sanctions for New Delhi’s role in the Chabahar port and the development of a railway line from the Iranian port city to the Afghan border.
