European Investment Bank refuses to enter Iran

The European Investment Bank, the EU's lending agency, refuses to fund projects in Iran over concerns it would inhibit the bank's ability to raise money on US markets. EU leaders agreed in May that the EIB should invest in the Islamic Republic as part of efforts to save the JCPOA Iran nuclear deal. Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
