Pakistan, India vow to abide by 2003 ceasefire agreement

Pakistan and India have finally agreed to end exchanges of fire across their disputed border in Kashmir. Following a weeks-long spike in violence, the two countries now say they will comply with a 2003 ceasefire agreement.
