Israel’s war crimes

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki asks the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague to “immediately investigate” into Israel’s war crimes and apartheid against the Palestinian people. Israel has reacted to the move saying the referral is legally invalid “since Israel is not a member of the Court and because the Palestinian Authority is not a state.”

In this edition of The Debate, Press TV has conducted an interview with Hafsa Kara-Mustapha, a journalist and Middle East expert from London, and Maxine Dovere, a reporter and political commentator from New York, to discuss Israel’s war crimes and apartheid against the Palestinian people and whether ICC will take any action against Israel.
