UNSC holds inconclusive session on Syria

Three draft resolutions were rejected, as the council met on a reported chemical attack in the city of Douma. The US and Russia accused each other of sabotaging efforts for an independent investigation into the alleged attack. Reports say the US is getting prepared for a military attack on Syria.
