Palestinian prisoner groups say an almost 100 percent conviction rate in Israel's military courts leaves them with little hope for a fair trial just like Ahed Tamimi. 17-year-old girl accepted a plea bargain to spend 8 months behind bars. She pleaded guilty to four of a dozen charges brought against her by Israeli prosecutors.
