North and South Koreas agree to hold leaders' summit

North and South Korea have agreed to hold a summit in late April in the peace village of Panmunjom. South Korean officials made the announcement after a landmark trip to Pyongyang and meeting Kim Jong Un who has also agreed to discuss denuclearization with the United States. Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
