Catalan parl. postpones debate on Puigdemont’s investiture

Catalonia's parliament speaker has postponed the investiture debate for former president Carles Puigdemont. The speaker says he is seeking guarantees for the fugitive leader after Spain's Constitutional court ruled that Puigdemont can only be sworn in if he physically attends the event.
